There are many online Spanish programs out there. However, we feel that ours is among the most comprehensive services available. We've combined the live, face-to-face component with self-paced and group activities to complement your Spanish training program.
The most important part of the program is your face-to-face instruction. We use a sophisticated videoconferencing solution called Zoom, which allows us to share content while the class is in session. In addition to the tools that this system offers, you can also record these one-on-one sessions so that you can play them back as often as you like. This is a great reference tool for you as a student. It also allows our academic coordinator to review lessons and provide feedback both to you and to our teachers.ƒ
To complement the one-on-one Spanish course, using your username and password, you can access a valuable series of grammar lessons. These lessons span the entire grammatical sequence, including very basic topics all the way through the different forms of the subjunctive. Regardless of your level, there's valuable material in there for you.
In addition to the face-to-face classes and the materials we make available to our students, we offer live Spanish workshops on a weekly basis. These activities are open to our student community. Every week we send out an email inviting you to participate in a live workshop on a particular topic. All you have to do is click on the link in the email on the day and time of the workshop to attend this live session. These are dynamic workshops where students participate actively. There is no additional cost for participating in these, and we encourage students to take full advantage of them.
Finally, we offer office hours for all our students. These sessions are meant to mimic the office hours students become familiar with in college. On certain days/times, teachers will be available to all students to help answer any questions. These aren't structured workshops, but rather a good opportunity to clear up any questions that a student may have about anything related to learning the language.
